Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms before booking.
1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. A full refund will be issued.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking amount.
3. No-Show
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged. No refund will be issued.
4. How to Cancel

Please include your booking confirmation number and the date of your scheduled service.
5. Cancellation by Adriatic Ride
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control — such as severe weather, road closures, or force majeure events — Adriatic Ride reserves the right to cancel a booking. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible and a full refund will be issued.
6. Modifications
If you need to change the date, time, or destination of your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
