1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website adriaticride.com and the booking of transfer and tour services provided by Adriatic Ride. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.


2. Services

Adriatic Ride provides private transfer and tour services across Croatia, including airport pickups, city-to-city transfers, and custom tours. All services are subject to availability and confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation from us.


3. Booking

To book a service, you must complete the booking form on our website providing your name, email address, and phone number. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Adriatic Ride via email.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.


4. Payment

All prices are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise.


5. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing to info@adriaticride.com.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.

Adriatic Ride reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, severe weather, road closures). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. Adriatic Ride is not liable for missed connections or delays caused by the passenger.

Passengers must not engage in behaviour that endangers the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle. Adriatic Ride reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger behaves in a dangerous or disruptive manner.


7. Liability

Adriatic Ride is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.


8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
